Established in 1983, The Seafood International Market & Restaurant Pte Ltd currently has three divisions - namely Real Estate, Food & Beverage and Fun & Leisure.

The Real Estate arm manages Singapore's latest beachfront lifestyle and dining complex - Big Splash, situated on the grounds of former iconic landmark “Big Splash” at East Coast Parkway. To date, it houses 20 tenants including an array of unique sports recreational amenities, family-friendly facilities, as well as distinctive dining concepts.

The anchor tenant at Big Splash, The Seafood International Market & Restaurant is known for its live seafood market and restaurant concept since 1983 and has added two new wings of private dining with a view of the sea.

The Fun & Leisure arm houses LiLLiPutt Indoor Mini Golf which features 18 sensational mini golf holes; all modelled after familiar Singapore landmarks. Suitable for the whole family, this concept has even found its place among dating couples, tourists and even team building events.
